These terms apply to purchases made through wellbeingpets.co.uk.

1. Who we are

2. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

3. Products and product information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Product packaging, label design or imagery may occasionally change without affecting the nature of the product. Always read the current product label, ingredients, warnings and usage directions supplied with the product before use.

Pet supplements and wellness products are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or treatment. If your pet is unwell, has an existing condition, takes medication, is pregnant or nursing, or you are unsure whether a product is suitable, seek advice from a veterinary professional.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you place your order. Payment must be made using a payment method offered at checkout.

We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before accepting an order. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

5. Placing an order and contract formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the goods. An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we accept the order, normally when fulfilment is confirmed or the goods are dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount due.

6. Fulfilment by suppliers

Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, including suppliers connected through Shopify Collective. This means products from the same order may be sent in separate parcels. We remain responsible to you for the performance of our contract with you.

7. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimates are shown at checkout. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

9. Subscribe & Save

Where a product is offered on subscription, the subscription renews automatically at the frequency you select until cancelled. The price, applicable discount, delivery frequency and recurring payment details will be displayed before you subscribe. Please see our Subscription Terms.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional offers may have additional conditions and may be withdrawn or changed where permitted. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses where you are purchasing as a consumer.

12. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, text and design owned by us may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law. Product names, trademarks and images belonging to third-party brands remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Privacy

We use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction are not affected.
