Subscription Terms

These terms apply where a Wellbeing Pets product is offered with a recurring Subscribe & Save option.

1. Automatic renewal

By starting a subscription, you authorise us to create repeat orders and charge your selected payment method automatically at the delivery frequency you choose, until the subscription is cancelled.

2. Subscription discount

Selected subscription products may offer a saving of up to 10%. The exact discount and recurring price applicable to a product will be shown before you subscribe.

3. Delivery frequency

Your chosen delivery frequency is shown when the subscription is created and in the subscription information available to you. Delivery timing may vary slightly because of weekends, bank holidays, supplier fulfilment or carrier delays.

4. Prices and changes

Product prices, taxes and delivery charges may change. Where a change would affect a future subscription charge, we will provide reasonable notice before applying it where required. We will not substitute a materially different product into a subscription without appropriate notice or agreement.

5. Payment failures

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, the subscription app or payment provider may retry the payment or contact you to update your payment method. An order will not be guaranteed until payment has been successfully authorised.

6. Cancelling or managing a subscription

You may cancel a subscription at any time without a cancellation fee or minimum commitment. To prevent the next recurring charge, cancellation should be completed before that charge is processed.

7. Stock availability

Subscription products remain subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, a delivery may be delayed, skipped or cancelled and you will be informed where reasonably possible.

8. Returns and consumer rights

Each subscription order is subject to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. These subscription terms do not reduce your statutory consumer rights.
